Victoria Cammarano
E-RYT 500, Studio Owner, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Reiki & Seichem Master Healer "I have fallen so deeply in love with yoga and the healing arts. Coming from a place of chronic pain and emotional struggles, yoga is what saw me through the tough times and brought light and healing into my life. The practice itself feels like home to me and always brings me to a state of happiness. Being able to share this gift with others means everything to me. I bring a bubbly and energetic attitude to class and I have a genuine love for the practice and my students.I teach a wide range of classes- from strong and powerful vinyasa flow classes to restorative yoga and meditation. I enjoy weaving energetic work and spirituality into my classes while also creating flows that build strength and intensity. I love working to build a mindful and loving community. In my classes, you can expect to feel peaceful yet challenged and fully welcomed as you are. I offer modifications and the understanding to make yoga accessible to all bodies." |
Nancy Delvecchio
Nancy turned to yoga while navigating the roller coaster of emotions that come along with loss, grief and anxiety. Stepping into the studio for the first time, she immediately felt like she was home. The healing environment helped foster the tools she was craving to cope with her emotional needs. Through yoga, she was able to calm her mind, center her energy and soothe her soul. She has been a passionate believer in the healing art of yoga and breathwork ever since. In her classes you will find a blend of stability and balance poses such as dancer's pose with modifications for everybody. She strives to gently guide and challenge students. |
Mary Genetti
Mary has been practicing yoga for over 17 years and was certified to teach in 2016. She loves that yoga gives people a space to come home to themselves—mind, body, and heart—in such a busy, fast-paced world. She teaches vinyasa style yoga and always encourages students to listen to their bodies with compassion both on and off their mats. |
Victoria Rojas
Victoria is an E-200 Hour RYT, 500 Hour RYT, Reiki Master, and aerial yoga instructor. Discovering yoga in her early teens, she fell in love with the non competitive, mindful practice of yoga. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2015 while in college, and began to teacher in her senior year. Through all the ebbs and flows of her practice, her favorite aspects consist of breath work, mindfulness, and the progress of the pose rather than the pose itself. Outside of the yoga studio, she is a wife, mother of 2, and enjoys art and the outdoors. |
Erin Devereux
As a new student to yoga in 2005, the asana is what drew me in, and as I continued to show up to class I slowly began to fall in love with the ability to be present. The Boston yoga community has offered me a space of connection and support; it is rewarding to be able to reciprocate this to my students as they move through the layers of yoga, yoking their mind and body connection. I believe in being a student first. Today when I step onto my mat to practice yoga, I feel at home, absorbing the positive impacts of self-care by shifting my focus inward, breath by breath achieving a balance in my energy. Growing up in Vermont, I was a lover of nature. It has always been my happy place where I feel most grounded to my roots. I feel this same centered balance when I am on my yoga mat. When the roots are deep, there is no reason to fear the wind. A 500 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Instructor, completingtwo 200 Hour Teacher Trainings, Prana Power Yoga in 2014, YogaWorks in 2018 and a 300 Hour Teacher Training at Sacred Seeds Yoga School in 2017. |

She went on to complete her 500 hour advanced teacher training certification at Kripalu in 2015. She credits her depth of knowledge to her many wonderful teachers. Lynn's classes honor the rich history and traditions of Kripalu Yoga, while maintaining a modern yet simple approach to practicing yoga where all body types, ages, and fitness levels can adapt and benefit. |
